Amazing office! Highly recommend. Very thorough, always helpful. From start to finish, from cleaning to monthly ortho visits, all staff are super helpful, yet efficient during the compact schedule. My entire family visits because the service is great!

My experience at this clinic has been excellent. Everyone is nice. I do like how they reach out to you for your appointments. No complaints so far after 3yrs.

Great staff and amazing service! I have been seeing Dr. Shah and his staff for 5 years now and each time we have a very positive encounter. They always go above and beyond with their care. I came in with my kids due to baby sitting issue and the staff played with the kids while I went in for my appointment. Thank you so much Central Dental Associates!!!

Great customer service! My hygienist was amazing! Didn’t hurt one bit! She took the time to explain everything to me! Dr. Salem is the best! Everyone was so nice! Definitely felt comfortable and will definitely be coming back! My fear of going to the dentist has forever disappeared!!! Definitely recommend it to everyone!

I just had a bridge put in my mouth and my dentist, Dr. Shah, did an amazing job! I'm truly pleased with his work. And the hygienist, Erica, does an excellent job! Also, the staff are very friendly. They always remind you of your appointments through text, so you'll never miss an appointment. I highly recommend Central Dental Associates. Thank you Central Dental and staff!

I would rate this practice as the top in Western Mass! Up to date procedures and excellent customer service! Love the fact that they are always on top of their patients' appointments by phone calls/text. Awesome! The staff are very friendly and the dentists are very knowledgeable at what they do. If you're looking for a great dentist to care for your teeth Central Dental is the place :)

Dr. Erick and Dr. Shah were super great! This was my first time here and I absolutely liked the place! Their staff are super generous and very caring! I had a great visit!! Definitely recommend!

First time coming here and Dr. Najjar is one of the best! I am not a fan of dentists at all and for me to come in for a root canal as my first time, he made me feel comfortable and not as nervous as I thought I would be! The staff are all so nice! Definitely recommend coming here! They let you do payment plans as well which is a plus!!!

I am very happy with the services that have been provided to our family. Dr. Najjar is very professional and approachable. The entire staff are kind and understanding. They made my kids and I comfortable and did excellent work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area.
